Crude oil moisture meters VSN-2-50 and BCH-2-80 (direct-flow configuration of the PIP)

Automatic in-line moisture meters of crude oil VSN-2 with moisture content measurement ranges:

• up to 10%;
• up to 30%;
• up to 60%;
• up to 100%;

They are intended for use as part of the IU and SIKNS in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 8.615-2005.

Moisture meters VSN-2-50, VSN-2-80:

• instantaneous moisture content values are measured;
• the average value of the moisture content and the amount of pure oil are calculated in proportion to the flow rate of the controlled liquid for a given time interval;
• they give a signal that the limit value of moisture content has been reached;
• they will help to organize intra- and inter-field oil accounting (at the nodes of operational oil accounting);
• optimize the oil treatment process, save electricity and chemical reagent (at oil treatment plants);
• when used on automated measuring group installations (AGZU), the flow rate of wells for pure oil will be determined both for accounting purposes and for optimizing the operation of fields (modifications adapted to work as part of the AGZU).
