Commercial oil flow moisture meters MVN-1

The MVN-1 automatic in-line microwave moisture meter for commercial oil is designed for installation both at commercial oil metering units and for monitoring moisture content at oil and gas condensate transportation preparation facilities.

It is used in energy and transport to measure the moisture content of petroleum products such as fuel oil, turbine and motor oils. The method implemented in a moisture meter, in comparison with a dielkometric one, allows to achieve 100 times higher sensitivity to the water contained in oil (petroleum product), which makes the device practically insensitive to changes in the composition (grade) of oil.

The use of a new measurement method has significantly reduced the weight and dimensions of moisture meters, and most importantly, significantly increased reliability and the inter-service period due to the use of new materials and the complete absence of structural elements in the flow section.

The use of new, mainly imported components of microprocessor technology guarantees high reliability and stability of operation and ease of configuration. The moisture meter provides for the calculation of the mass fraction of moisture content and an alarm when the maximum setpoint for moisture content is reached.

The device is certified by the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology. The number in the State Register is SI — 28239-04.
