    • The high requirements for the accuracy of determining the net weight of oil, imposed by GOSTR8.815, are taken into account when creating modifications of moisture meters VSN-2 — VSN-2-KM-50 and VSN-2-KM-80. The work of these moisture meters is based on a combined method of measuring moisture content: the total complex resistance and optical absorption of the water-oil mixture are determined. Thanks to the application of the optical absorption method, the accuracy of measuring moisture content at low oil contents has been increased.
